Mortal Shell IIは2026年8月20日にPC（Steam）やXboxと同時にPS5で発売された。公式発表は、本作が「now available digitally worldwide on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox.」であることを確認している。Devout Editionの72時間先行アクセスは2026年8月17日から実施され、PlayStationストアの無料「Open Beta」アイテムは現在利用できない。
